Joe joined Meadowvale in 2018 to assist in the buildout and integration of our state-of-the-art mix manufacturing facility in Sandwich, IL. With 20 years of experience in engineering, innovation, and management, Joe was instrumental in integrating new technologies into Meadowvale’s operations, complementing the 50 years of mix manufacturing expertise of the company.

Prior to joining Meadowvale, Joe worked in the technology sector in various engineering and management roles guiding organizations through change. He is an advocate of continuous process improvement, leveraging innovation and technology to create operational efficiencies and align products and services with the voice of the customer.

Joe spends his free time with his family, enjoying nature, or working on his hobby farm in Yorkville IL.

Joe earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
